Customer Service Representative

OrthoCanada's Customer Service office is located on Lac McGregor in Val-des-Monts QC, about 25 minutes drive outside Ottawa. OrthoCanada is a manufacturer and distributor of physiotherapy products since 1989. Our customers are located across Canada and include physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, medical stores, pharmacies, athletic therapists, massage therapists, Universities & Colleges, sports teams, etc.

As an OrthoCanada Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries and taking orders by phone, fax and e-mail; following-up on accounts; tracking parcels; corresponding in writing with customers; updating prices and information on databases.

Succesful candidates will have a college or university degree with a minimum of 5 years experience as customer service, sales or other related experiences. A degree as a Physiotherapy Assistant would be a plus. You must have the ability to converse, interact and problem solve with ease in French and English.
